Confirm that one record pack is the right output
RecordPress creates one PDF containing a cover and a page-numbered section for each record. It does not create separate PDF files, reproduce a rich Document Designer template, or handle more than 50 records at once.

Build a dedicated export view
Duplicate the SmartSuite view you need, filter it to one audience and purpose, and sort the records in reading order. Remove internal notes and fields that should not leave the workspace before exporting.

Export a compact CSV
Use plain-language headings and keep the file to 12 useful fields or fewer. Short status, owner, date, summary, and next-step fields work better than long notes or linked-record dumps.

Apply the brand and generate locally
Open RecordPress, choose the CSV, select the primary title field, add a document title, color, brand name, and optional logo, then generate the PDF in the browser. The CSV and logo stay on the device.

Review the pack before sharing
Open the downloaded PDF and check the order, page count, headings, dates, and sensitive fields. If the export is too long, split the SmartSuite view into smaller, purpose-specific batches.
